Terms of Service

These terms govern use of clipping.rushmp4.com, its creator and Manager areas, and the integrations used for Rush Clipping campaigns.

1. Operator

VIKING HAWKS, INC., a US C corporation incorporated in Delaware (United States), operating RUSH.MP4.
Delaware file number: 7730486.
Correspondence address: 10 Rue Saint Bernard, 84000 Avignon, France.
Contact: contact@rushmp4.com.

2. How the service works

Rush Clipping lets participants discover and join campaigns, connect accounts where they publish, submit clip links, track observations and validations, view campaign accounting and request available payments. Brands and organizers define their campaigns’ content and conditions.

3. Account and access

You must use an identity and social accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your account activity and the information you provide. Participation in a campaign must be explicit and meet its access conditions. The service is intended for people of legal adult age in their jurisdiction.

4. Campaign-specific conditions

Before participating, review the instructions, brief, accepted platforms, rate, qualification thresholds, caps, counting rules and displayed budget. Campaigns in preparation or pending status do not confirm funding or opening.

Authorized revisions to conditions are attributed and retained in the history. Closed settlements are not retroactively rewritten. Participation does not guarantee acceptance of a clip or any particular earnings.

5. Content and submissions

You must hold the necessary rights to published content, follow the campaign instructions and platform rules, and submit links to publications on accounts you have linked. Private videos and documents provided for a campaign must not be redistributed beyond the campaign’s permissions.

Service checks include account attribution, duplicates and publication dates. Submissions may be accepted, rejected or flagged for review. Reasons and history remain available in the relevant areas.

6. Social connections, TikTok and YouTube

OAuth permissions are granted through the relevant platforms’ official interfaces. The Google/YouTube connection confirms the authorized channel. Rush Clipping does not publish, edit or delete content on your behalf.

TikTok: you confirm the account association using a temporary code in its public biography. Rush Clipping reads this profile and the public statistics of submitted videos through ScrapeCreators to verify attribution and apply the campaign’s counting rules. This workflow is not a TikTok OAuth connection and does not use TikTok Login Kit or Display API. The code can be removed after confirmation; linked accounts are managed in Accounts, subject to the displayed campaign restrictions.

You remain responsible for publications on your accounts and compliance with TikTok’s rules. Rush Clipping does not act on behalf of TikTok. An unavailable or delayed read is not proof of zero views; verification and dispute procedures remain those of the service and campaign.

When using YouTube-based features, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can manage Google authorization in your Google account settings. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Counters, budget and campaign accounting

Counters are associated with platform observations or attributed manual validations. Budget tracking shows campaign commitments. Tracking or commitment amounts remain adjustable until the final count specified by the campaign conditions.

Recorded earnings and payments are based on the validated accounting, thresholds, caps, budget and campaign history. An already settled period is not counted again. A settlement correction takes the form of an identified adjustment.

8. Automatic validation and withdrawals

The system automatically validates views and earnings according to campaign rules, thresholds, caps and budget limits. Participants initiate withdrawal of their available balance when they choose, subject to the minimum and conditions displayed in their area. Compliance checks or anomalies may require a review attributed in the history.

The currently offered methods are PayPal, USDC on Ethereum and USDT on Ethereum. Participants must provide accurate details and meet their own tax and reporting obligations. Receipt time depends on the method used. Recorded earnings remain distinct from completed payments.

9. Abuse and restrictions

Misleading submissions, account impersonation, duplicates intended to bypass rules, manipulated statistics and uses that infringe third-party rights may result in rejected submissions or restricted access. Records needed for review and settlement are retained.

10. Availability and liability

Operation depends in part on social platforms and technical providers. Interruptions, delayed statistics or API limitations may occur. Rush Clipping retains its obligations arising from already recorded campaign accounting and payments; users’ mandatory rights remain applicable.

11. Contact and applicable law

For questions, complaints or campaign-related requests, contact contact@rushmp4.com. French law applies, subject to the mandatory protections applicable to your situation.
